#TRSB: Crawford To Decide On 3 Teams #NBA #blazers #kings #knicks #NYK #POR #SAC
Jamal Crawford has narrowed his decision to three teams: The Blazers, The Kings; The Knicks. All three of these teams could benefit from adding Crawford to their respective rosters. Here's the "realist" opinion on each situation:
In Portland Crawford could step into Brandon Roy's shoes as a legitimate offensive threat. Crawford would be given a starting role in Portland and could also get the money he has been looking for. Crawford would return the Blazers back to the playoffs. A long term deal and a playoff contender this could be his best option.
In Sacramento he would form an explosive backcourt with Tyreke Evans with a dominant force of Demarcus Cousins in the paint. He could be called to return to his role as a sixth man or a starter in this situation . Sacramento would be able to return their franchise back to the "Chris Webber Era."
Last but not least are the New York Knicks. Crawford would absolutely love to return to NY to a better Knicks team. The only problem is the Knicks can only fork out a 2.5 million contract. If Crawford takes this small deal he could miss out on his big pay day. New York could use his talents as a sixth man. A big question would be how him and Melo could coexist. If Melo Crawford and Stat come together. They would provide a potent high powered offense for New York.
