Shooting guard Jamal Crawford made his final decision choosing to sign a two year 10 million dollar deal with the Portland Trailblazers. Crawford also gets to opt out of the final year if he doesn't want to return. Honestly the Blazers suited JC's needs most in terms of a winning team, possible starting spot; a decent mid-level contract.
The move gives the Blazers a stop gap to replace the recently amnestied guard Brandon Roy. Crawford like Roy can run the point as well as shooting guard. Felton, Crawford, Aldridge, Wallace and Oden could be a decent squad. The key to how far their season will go depends on Oden's health. Don't be surprised if the Blazers are right back in the hunt in the Western Conference.
