In a crazy week in football where the underdogs pulled off upsets the biggest one arguably way the Chiefs victory against the Packers. Led by interim head coach Romeo Crennel the Chiefs defense smothered the Packer's offense all game. The Packers offensive line was completely demolished in this game with injuries to rookie Derrick Sherrod as well as Bryan Bulaga. Rodgers was held in check for the most part while Kyle Orton played solid in his starting debut.
I don't think anyone believed before Sunday that the Chiefs would even stand a chance against the Packers. Meanwhile this win keeps the Chiefs at least competitive in an up and down AFC West. Great win for the Chiefs, Crennel coached a hell of a game this could toss his name in the hat for the head coaching position.
