The Bulls signed a quality veteran shooting guard yesterday with Rip Hamilton. Hamilton will run the backcourt with last year's MVP Derrick Rose. Rip played sparingly last year while he had a feud with former head coach John Keuster. Rip will provide some much needed offensive help that the Bulls desperately need from the position.
There is a chance Hamilton could land the starting role with the Bulls. The Bulls finally cut Keith Bogans who was garbage anyways. The move gives Chicago a legit starting shooting guard. The Bulls had early ties to Jamal Crawford but decided to go with Rip instead. Hamilton will also bring a veteran leadership and championship mentality to squad. I love this move by Chicago.
