The Bengals backed their way into the playoffs ironically after a Carson Palmer interception that ended the Oakland Raiders season, launched the Bengals back into contention. The Bengals certainly proved yesterday they could hang with the NFL elite Baltimore Ravens. The Ravens pulled out the victory, but the Bengals never let up they kept fighting.
Besides Ray Rice's monster day, the Bengals continued their consistent second half play. If not for some key
Without the bye week the Steelers won't be able to rest their star quarterback. The Bengals will face the Houston Texans Sunday in a rematch of a regular season close finish. Like the Ravens, the Bengals could have also beat them earlier this season if not for a game winning drive by T.J. Yates. The Texans however are hurt at quarterback with Jake Delhomme filling in for Yates after his injury. With the playoffs starting a new season anyhing is possible , but the Bengals must first get their first playoff win since 1990... #WHODEY
P.S. With the Raiders losing that moves the current draft order of their pick to #17 (Via Raiders). The 2013 coniditional second rounder can STILL become a 1st rounder if the Raiders win a playoff game next season. Thanks Carson!
