Wide receiver Randy Moss has stated that he plans to make a return to the NFL after sitting out of the 2011-12 season. If Moss does return there is a strong possibility that he could join Andy Reid and quarterback Michael Vick in Philadelphia. After sitting out and watching a full season of other teams, Moss could limit his selection of teams he'd play for. In Philadelphia Moss would have a limited role with wide receivers Jeremy Maclin and DeSean Jackson as starters.
One place Moss would have a bigger role as well as playing time would be the San Francisco 49ers. Moss would be exactly what the 49ers need as far as a weapon, but could be a negative influence on Michael Crabtree. Any team that lands Moss should be prepared to deal with his baggage. Another team that could be on Moss's radar would be the Baltimore Ravens who could use another threat at receiver. Whoever Moss chooses will be a high risk high reward type approach in signing him.
